Celebrating its eleventh anniversary this year, Les Heures Musicales d'Aujols was founded by the British conductor Martin Yates, in collaboration with Aujols Culture et Loisirs, and it has rapidly become one of the most enjoyable chamber music festivals of its type.
Its reputation for presenting international artists of the highest calibre, in the stunning setting of the Eglise St. Jean-Baptiste, has ensured its success.
This year we are delighted to welcome the internationally celebrated Russian soprano Ilona Domnich and the Trio St-Georges, namely Charles Mutter, Ghislaine McMullin and Victor Sangiorgio, all soloists within their own right. Together with Martin Yates, they will present two evenings exploring the great French, Russian, Czech and British romantic composers
